Schedule an Appointment

Fill out the web form on our website or call our toll free number at 1(800) 710-1934 Ext. 2. When calling to schedule for an appointment make sure to have Email, Phone, Desired Date, Desired time, location for service and the number of applicants.

The MobileLiveScan.com call center can usually schedule a mobile LiveScan or fingerprint service within 24 to 48 hours. Certain appointments may take up to 72 hours depending on operator availability and your location.

Receive a Confirmation

Once we have confirmed that an operator can come out to your location, we will send you an email confirmation and one of our representatives will call you.

Please be advised that we may require a credit card or form of payment before sending an operator out to your location. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Operator Travels to You

Once the appointment has been confirmed our operator will travel out to your location, the operators will have their Live Scan equipment or fingerprint supplies depending on the Type of Service you requested.

Make sure to have any special forms available before the operator arrives, each State has a different form. The FBI has a list of forms on their website, click here for FBI level forms.

Fingerprints and Payment Onsite

After completing the Mobile Live Scan or Fingerprinting service, the operator will collect the
payment on site. Unless the MobileLiveScan.com call center collected your payment information while scheduling the mobile fingerprinting appointment.
